2023 Final Transfer Update Added
The patch is the most updated patch on the net.
Setup: Put the RAR file in the My Documents Fifa 19/settings folder.
Then open the game and click load profile squads.
Instead of standing in the background in transfer events, sit at the table with the player manager of your choice. When you make a bid, do not make a new bid without seeing the offers of other competitors. The highest bid should be yours until the last minute. The one who makes the highest bid will add the requested football player to his squad. The player you will add to the team will show how talented he is in terms of transfer.
